Real Estate Market Trend of Rohtak

Rohtak appears to be imitating the real estate growth that Gurgaon and Noida experienced. It can no longer be called a sleepy hamlet in the NCR, but an ambitious city yearning to overtake the industrial and urban growth of the neighboring regions.

Property developers like Parsvnath and Sarvodya have begun residential housing projects in Rohtak, anticipating the demand for housing once the industries finish construction. Properties that have already been constructed have seen a rise in price, but plot rates seem to be aiming for the sky since most people prefer living in a house that they have designed.

Modern recreation facilities like sports complexes, malls, and integrated townships with their personal community centers are paving the city’s way to becoming a bustling city. Rates have been shooting upwards since the city’s infrastructural makeover. But still, you can buy a good property at reasonable rates.
