What should be the size of a parking?

As it is mandatory to offer parking space under the law, State authorities generally approve the number of apartments in a project on the basis of the number of parking spaces offered by the developer. The laws determine the proportion of parking according to the size of the apartment. Generally, one parking is compulsory for a 3BHK apartment and two parking for a 4BHK apartment. A parking space under bylaws is defined as equivalent car space (ECS).

There are 3 types of parking:-
