Complete your profile with education credentials, teaching experience, and subject expertise. Upload required documents like degrees and certificates. Pass our background check and complete a teaching demo. The verification process typically takes 3-5 business days.

We charge a competitive commission rate that decreases as you teach more students. New teachers start at 20%, which reduces to 15% after 50 completed sessions, and 10% after 200 sessions. This commission covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support.

Payments are released 24 hours after session completion, allowing time for any issues to be resolved. You can choose weekly or monthly payouts to your bank account via UPI, NEFT, or direct deposit. There's no minimum payout amount, and all transactions are transparent in your dashboard.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking from all major banks, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

Yes! You can cancel sessions up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours are subject to a 50% refund. Emergency cancellations due to health or family emergencies may qualify for full refunds at our discretion.

No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay. Small payment processing fees (usually 2-3%) may apply depending on your payment method, but these are clearly displayed before payment. Students never pay platform fees - only the teacher's hourly rate.
