Students (or their parents) make a profile, say what they need help with and when they're free, and then look for tutors who fit. All of our tutors have been checked out and are good at what they do. Once you find someone you like, you can book lessons right on our site. Lessons happen in a virtual classroom with video, sound, a whiteboard, and ways to share files and chat. It's like having a tutor right in your house, but easier!

Just go to the Suganta Tutors website and sign up with your email, Google account, or phone number. We'll need to check your info to make sure it's real. You'll also fill out a profile telling us about your classes and when you want to study. Tutors have to apply and be checked out too. If they pass, they make a profile showing what they're good at, how they teach, and how much they charge. A good profile helps us match students and tutors.

We have a search tool that lets you find tutors by subject, skills, price, ratings, and when they're available. Tutor profiles tell you about their background, teaching experience, and what other students think. If you're not sure, send the tutor a message before you book. Some tutors even offer free trials. Looking at profiles and chatting first helps you find the perfect teacher for you.

Found a tutor you like? Click "Book a Lesson" on their profile. Pick a date, time, and how long you want the lesson to be. Pay right on the site with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Once you pay, you'll get an email with all the details and a link to the lesson. You can switch or cancel lessons if necessary, but check our rules first. Keep your lesson info handy and be ready to learn!

We take credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and some other local payment options. You pay when you book a lesson to confirm your spot. Tutors get paid after the lesson is done. Want a refund? Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson. If you cancel late or don't show up, you might not get all your money back. If the tutor doesn't show up, you get a full refund or a free reschedule. Always pay and cancel through our site to stay safe.

Our lessons happen in a virtual classroom in your web browser (computer, tablet, or phone). You need a webcam, microphone, and speakers or headphones. A good internet connection is also needed, of course. The classroom has video, a whiteboard, file sharing, and chat. Test everything before your lesson so you don't have tech problems. We tell everyone to only talk on our site to stay safe. Don't share your contact info or pay outside of Suganta Tutors. We have a messaging tool just for students and tutors. You can discuss what you want to learn, share files, and give feedback. It keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to stay in touch. Please don't chat on social media until you build trust with the tutor. It's safer to keep everything on Suganta Tutors.

We know things come up. Just let us know at least 24 hours before the lesson, and you can cancel or reschedule without a fee. If it's less than 24 hours, you might have to pay part or all of the lesson fee. If you just don't show up, you'll usually be charged the full price. Cancel or reschedule on our site so we can keep track of everything.
