Tutors can apply by selecting Become a Tutor on the homepage and filling in their educational qualifications, subjects they teach, availability, and hourly rates. They should also upload supporting documents or certificates, add a professional profile photo, and write a short bio highlighting their skills. After submitting the application, the Suganta Tutors team reviews it, and once approved tutors can begin accepting bookings.

After finding a suitable tutor, students visit the tutor's profile, click Book a Lesson, choose the preferred date, time, and lesson duration, and then make a payment through the secure payment gateway. A confirmation message and a calendar invite with full session details will be sent after payment. Many tutors offer free trial sessions for new students, which are marked with a "Trial Available" tag on their profiles.
