The grade level, subjects of interest, and preferred schedule, followed by verifying your email or phone to activate your account. Tutors can apply by selecting Become a Tutor on the homepage and filling in their educational qualifications, subjects they teach, availability, and hourly rates. They should also upload supporting documents or certificates, add a professional profile photo, and write a short bio highlighting their skills. After submitting the application, the Suganta Tutors team reviews it, and once approved tutors can begin accepting bookings.

Finding the Right Tutor
The platform offers a powerful search and filter system that allows students to find tutors by subject, such as Math, Science, English, or foreign languages. Searches can be refined based on qualifications, ratings, price range, and availability. Each tutor profile includes detailed information about their teaching style, experience, and reviews from previous students. To ensure the right fit, students may also send direct messages to tutors before booking to clarify any questions.

Booking a Lesson
Booking is straightforward. After finding a suitable tutor, students visit the tutor's profile, click Book a Lesson, choose the preferred date, time, and lesson duration, and then make a payment through the secure payment gateway. A confirmation message and a calendar invite with full session details will be sent after payment. Many tutors offer free trial sessions for new students, which are marked with a "Trial Available" tag on their profiles.

Attending Online Sessions
Suganta Tutors provides an integrated virtual classroom that includes high-quality video conferencing, an interactive whiteboard for collaborative writing or drawing, document sharing for study materials, and a live chat feature for quick communication. To join a lesson, students or tutors simply go to the My Lessons section in their dashboard and click on the upcoming session link. Managing Payments
All transactions take place through a secure online system. Students are required to pay for lessons in advance using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment methods. Tutors receive their earnings into their bank account or preferred payout method once the lesson is marked complete and verified. For cancellations, students who give at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. However, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to partial or full charges.
