Noida has located a famous well maintained city in Uttar Pradesh. The city is situated nearby Delhi and comes in the Gautam Nagar District. It is also not far away from the capital city of Uttar Pradesh. The city has some of the best developing societies. So, this is the best time to buy properties here.
Due to the bustling infrastructure scene in the city, Noida is attracting people from across the country. Add to this, Noida, a major hub in India, is making a rapid shift towards being a predominantly service center. This is causing an increase in real estate prices in the city
Many of the people who work in Delhi or are planning to start a business in the national capital are choosing to search for residential apartments in Noida, mainly because Delhi has a high population density and lack of space for more and more residential houses to come up. This makes Noida preferable as a housing destination.
Owing to high real estate demand, property prices have shot up in the region. As a consequence of that, Noida has become a lucrative destination for investing in real estate. Residential property in Noida encompasses independent houses, flats or apartments, villas, luxury bungalows, and penthouses
Noida is established under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Act of 1976. It was set up to endorse industrial growth in the area. Today, it’s one of Asia’s largest industrial townships which is well planned, well connected, integrated, and the modern industrial city in India.
From the start, Noida was destined to work towards development. The trend continues today with excellent infrastructure in the city. The Yamuna Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and DND Flyover are just some of the infrastructural marvels in the city.
Noida is the best developing IT sector in India. It is a major center for multinational corporations that outsource Information Technology (IT) services. The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) along the Yamuna Expressway in Sector 135 hosts many prominent IT players such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Accenture, and Genpact.
Some of the major IT service outsourcing firms located in Noida include Headstrong, Sapient, HCL, Wipro, IBM, Adobe Systems, Samsung, and Patni Computers. The Software Technology Park, established by the Government of India to promote the software industry, is also located in Noida
Noida is built in a very pre-planned manner. Noida boasts of excellent and unparalleled infrastructure. The implementation of the city’s development agenda is on the fast lane, despite already having world-class infrastructure. More expressways have been proposed, Delhi Metro’s extension to other areas in Noida and the construction of a helipad are among the proposed projects.
In an attempt to move forward infrastructurally, Noida doesn’t leave the basic infrastructure development behind. For instance, to reduce the problem of pollution, Noida is going to see a host of CNG plants being set up in the city. Since Noida is such a major IT hub, the city administration is planning to make the entire area Wi-Fi-enabled.
Noida doesn’t have an airport of its own. The nearest airport, the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport in Delhi, is just 26 km away. Bus services offered by Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) and private operators are among the best means of travel within the city. Auto-rickshaws, taxis, and cycle-rickshaws are other modes of transport within the city.
There is no railway station in Noida that directly connects it to other cities. However, Ghaziabad and AnandVihar railway stations are close by. Old Delhi Railway Station and New Delhi Railway Station are the major stations located nearby from where one can reach almost anyplace in India.
The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, DND Flyway, connecting Noida to Delhi, and Yamuna Expressway, connecting Noida to Agra via Mathura, are the three major expressways in Noida. Noida comes on the Delhi metro circuit and connects to New Delhi, Connaught Palace, Akshardham Complex, and IP Estate.
