Section A

Students need to give brief definitions, short explanations, and basic facts related to welding processes, defects, gases, and design factors. The questions are direct and check basic theoretical knowledge of welding.

Section B 
 

Section B includes medium-length questions that require detailed explanations of welding processes, joint designs, and working principles. Students must explain welding methods with diagrams, describe process parameters, and discuss advantages and limitations. This section tests practical understanding and application of welding technology.

Describe the process of Needle Arc Micro Plasma Welding.

Section C contains long and advanced questions that require detailed explanations, diagrams, and analysis. Students must discuss inspection methods, welding quality testing, advanced welding processes, and joint design selection. This section evaluates deeper knowledge and problem-solving skills.
