Section A – Reading Skills (Description)

Section A focuses on Reading Skills, which help students understand and interpret different types of passages. In this section, students read discursive passages, factual passages, and case-based passages and answer questions based on their understanding. The main objective of this section is to improve comprehension, vocabulary, and analytical thinking.

Reading comprehension requires students to carefully analyse the text and identify the key ideas presented in the passage. Students are expected to understand the meaning of difficult words, identify the central theme, and answer questions related to facts, opinions, and interpretations.
